These terms apply to your use of getsetgo07.com and to trips booked with GetSetGo07 (“we”, “us”). By booking a trip with us you agree to them. Each trip page also carries its own Terms tab with destination-specific weather and safety notes, which apply together with these terms.
Trip information and prices
- Itineraries, inclusions and prices on this website are accurate to the best of our knowledge but are indicative until your booking is confirmed in writing.
- Prices are per person on the sharing basis stated on each trip page and may change with availability, season, currency movement and government taxes.
- Photographs are for illustration and may not show the exact hotel, vehicle or location.
Booking and payment
- A booking is confirmed only when we receive the advance payment and send you a confirmation on WhatsApp or email.
- Payment schedule: 50% advance to confirm your booking, 30% due 30 days before departure, and the remaining 20% due 15 days before departure.
- For bookings made within 15 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payments are accepted by UPI or bank transfer. We confirm every payment received on WhatsApp.
Cancellation and refunds
- Cancelled 30 or more days before departure: 25% of the total package cost is deducted.
- Cancelled 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost is deducted.
- Cancelled within 14 days of departure, or no-show: 100% of the total package cost is non-refundable.
- One free date change is allowed up to 15 days before departure, subject to seat availability on the new batch.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
- Charges already paid to third parties on your behalf, such as flight tickets, permits and non-refundable hotel bookings, may not be refundable.
Changes to itineraries
Weather, road conditions, landslides, snowfall, sea conditions, local authority restrictions and similar factors are outside our control. We may change the sequence of an itinerary, substitute activities, or alter the route to keep you safe, while covering the listed sightseeing wherever possible. Additional costs caused by a change you request, or by events outside our control, are payable by the traveller.
Travel documents
- Every traveller must carry a valid government photo ID. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is required.
- Visas, permits and entry approvals are decided by the relevant authorities. We assist with the process but cannot guarantee approval, and fees paid to authorities are not refundable if an application is rejected.
Health, safety and insurance
- Many of our trips involve altitude, cold, long drives or physical activity. You are responsible for being fit to travel and for telling us about any medical condition that may affect you.
- We strongly recommend travel and medical insurance for every traveller.
- Adventure and water activities are carried out by third-party operators and may require you to sign a waiver on site.
Our responsibility
GetSetGo07 arranges travel services provided by independent hotels, transport companies, airlines and activity operators. We choose them carefully but we are not liable for their independent acts or omissions, or for loss, delay, injury or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, closures, pandemics and government orders.
Traveller conduct
Travellers are expected to respect fellow travellers, local people, local laws and the environment. We may ask a traveller to leave a trip if their conduct endangers or seriously disturbs others, without refund.

The content on this website, including text, design and our logo, belongs to GetSetGo07 and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
