🌤️ Weather & Climate Advisory — Leh-Ladakh
Passes above 17,000 ft can close on short notice due to snow or landslides; the route order may be reversed or altered for safety.
Acclimatisation on Day 1-2 in Leh is mandatory before any high-altitude activity - please do not skip it even if you feel fine.
Oxygen levels are low at altitude; travelers with respiratory or cardiac conditions should get medical clearance before booking.
Payment Policy
50% advance payment confirms your booking.
30% of the package cost is due 30 days before departure.
The remaining 20% is due 15 days before departure.
For bookings made within 15 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments are accepted via UPI or bank transfer; a confirmation is shared on WhatsApp once received.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelled 30+ days before departure: 25% of the total package cost is deducted.
Cancelled 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost is deducted.
Cancelled within 14 days of departure, or no-show: 100% of the total package cost is non-refundable.
One free date change is allowed up to 15 days before departure, subject to seat availability on the new batch.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
