A few things worth knowing before you book:
Day 1 is deliberately kept light for acclimatisation – this matters at Leh's altitude. Avoid exertion and drink plenty of fluids on arrival.
An oxygen cylinder is not included in the package; carry your own or arrange one locally if needed.
The camel ride at Hunder Sand Dunes is optional and at your own cost.
Day-by-Day Itinerary
DAY 01Arrival Leh – Acclimatisation

Arrive at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, meet & greet, and transfer to your hotel (~5 km, 15 min). The day is reserved for acclimatisation – very important at this altitude – with an optional light walk near the hotel or Leh Market.
Overnight: LehAvoid exertion, hydrate well
DAY 02Leh Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, sightseeing around Leh – Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, Sangam, the Hall of Fame (Indian Army Museum), Shanti Stupa (for sunset views), and Leh Palace.
Overnight: Leh~70 km · 6–7 hrs
DAY 03Leh – Nubra Valley via Khardung La

Early breakfast and check-out, then drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (18,380 ft). Visit Diskit Monastery (Maitreya Buddha) and the Hunder Sand Dunes, with an optional double-hump camel ride at your own cost.

DAY 04Nubra – Turtuk – Nubra

Breakfast at camp, then drive to Turtuk – a village walk, a look at Balti culture and local homes, and the India-Pakistan border zero point (view area). Return to Hunder by evening.

DAY 05Nubra – Pangong Tso via Shyok Route

Early breakfast and check-out, then drive to Pangong Tso via the scenic and adventurous Agham-Shyok road. Your first glimpse of Pangong's waters, with leisure time for photography.

DAY 06Pangong – Leh via Chang La

Catch the sunrise at Pangong, then breakfast and depart for Leh. En route: Chang La, Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, and Hemis Monastery.

DAY 07Departure – Leh Airport Drop

Same high-altitude and pass-closure risk applies here - Khardung La and Chang La can shut without warning in bad weather.
Network connectivity is patchy to absent in Nubra, Turtuk and Pangong - plan accordingly for time away from signal.
Warm layered clothing is essential even in summer months at these altitudes.
Payment Policy
50% advance payment confirms your booking.
30% of the package cost is due 30 days before departure.
The remaining 20% is due 15 days before departure.
For bookings made within 15 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments are accepted via UPI or bank transfer; a confirmation is shared on WhatsApp once received.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelled 30+ days before departure: 25% of the total package cost is deducted.
Cancelled 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost is deducted.
Cancelled within 14 days of departure, or no-show: 100% of the total package cost is non-refundable.
One free date change is allowed up to 15 days before departure, subject to seat availability on the new batch.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
General Booking Terms
Itinerary sequence may change due to weather, road conditions, or local authority restrictions, while covering all listed sightseeing.
A valid government photo ID is mandatory for every traveler at check-in and permit checkpoints.
