Cost

Based on 2 adults, 1 room on double occupancy. Properties are subject to room availability at each tier – ask us for the current allotment.

Cancellation Policy

• ₹2,500 per person: non-refundable on all confirmed bookings (compulsory permit application charge)
• 36+ days before departure: only the ₹2,500pp permit charge applies
• 21–35 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost
• 20 days or less / no-show: 100% of the tour cost

Payment Policy

• 50% advance payment confirms your booking.
• 30% of the package cost is due 30 days before departure.
• The remaining 20% is due 15 days before departure.
• For bookings made within 15 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payments are accepted via UPI or bank transfer; a confirmation is shared on WhatsApp once received.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancelled 30+ days before departure: 25% of the total package cost is deducted.
• Cancelled 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost is deducted.
• Cancelled within 14 days of departure, or no-show: 100% of the total package cost is non-refundable.
• One free date change is allowed up to 15 days before departure, subject to seat availability on the new batch.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

General Booking Terms

• Itinerary sequence may change due to weather, road conditions, or local authority restrictions, while covering all listed sightseeing.
• A valid government photo ID is mandatory for every traveler at check-in and permit checkpoints.
