Domestic flights between Hanoi → Da Nang and Da Nang → Phu Quoc are not included in the land package cost and should be booked separately (we can help arrange these). All hotel stays are on a Bed & Breakfast basis; several tour days include a buffet or local lunch as part of that day's activity.

DAY 01Arrival in Hanoi – Half Day City Tour

Arrive at Hanoi International Airport, where our representative will warmly welcome you, with a private transfer to your hotel for check-in. After some relaxation, a Half-Day Hanoi City Tour covers the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside view, subject to opening), One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature, the Old Quarter, and local markets.

DAY 02Halong Bay Luxury Cruise

Breakfast at the hotel, then a luxury limousine bus (SIC) to one of Vietnam's most famous attractions. Enjoy a luxury day cruise with kayaking, a buffet lunch, a sunset party, and the limestone islands & caves of Halong Bay. Return to Hanoi in the evening.

DAY 03Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu & Tam Coc

Breakfast at the hotel, then a full-day excursion to beautiful Ninh Binh – the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, a Tam Coc boat ride, a bicycle ride through the villages, and a buffet lunch. Return to Hanoi.

DAY 04Hanoi – Da Nang

Breakfast, then a private transfer to Hanoi Airport for your flight to Da Nang (flight not included unless mentioned). Upon arrival, a private transfer to your hotel, with the rest of the day free to explore Da Nang at leisure.

DAY 05Coconut Forest & Hoi An

Breakfast, then an afternoon SIC tour – a basket boat ride in the Coconut Forest, Hoi An Ancient Town, a lantern boat ride, the Japanese Covered Bridge, and the night market.

DAY 06Ba Na Hills & Golden Bridge

Breakfast, then the famous Ba Na Hills Tour – the world's longest cable car ride, the Golden Hands Bridge, French Village, Fantasy Park, and an Indian buffet lunch. Return to Da Nang.

DAY 07Da Nang – Phu Quoc – Grand World

Breakfast, private transfer to Da Nang Airport, and a flight to Phu Quoc, with a private vehicle arrival transfer. Evening visit to Grand World – a gondola ride on the Venice River and the area's beautiful night attractions.

DAY 08VinWonders & VinSafari

Breakfast, then a private transfer to VinWonders for adventure rides, VinSafari's wildlife safari, entertainment shows, and water attractions. Return to the hotel.

Breakfast, then a full-day island adventure – a speedboat tour of four islands, the Hon Thom cable car, the Aquatopia water park, and a local lunch.

🌤️ Weather & Climate Advisory — Vietnam

Vietnam's long coastline means weather varies a lot by region - the north (Hanoi/Ha Long Bay) can see typhoons roughly Jun-Nov, which may affect Ha Long Bay cruises specifically.
Cruise/boat sailing schedules on Ha Long Bay are set by the port authority based on sea conditions and can change at short notice.
E-visa approval for Vietnam is required before departure.

Payment Policy

50% advance payment confirms your booking.
30% of the package cost is due 30 days before departure.
The remaining 20% is due 15 days before departure.
For bookings made within 15 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments are accepted via UPI or bank transfer; a confirmation is shared on WhatsApp once received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled 30+ days before departure: 25% of the total package cost is deducted.
Cancelled 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost is deducted.
Cancelled within 14 days of departure, or no-show: 100% of the total package cost is non-refundable.
One free date change is allowed up to 15 days before departure, subject to seat availability on the new batch.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Itinerary sequence may change due to weather, road conditions, or local authority restrictions, while covering all listed sightseeing.
A valid government photo ID is mandatory for every traveler at check-in and permit checkpoints.
